Sales Executive

We are currently looking for talented, experienced and competitive Sales Executives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making plenty of calls per day, working within the business environment, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails 
  • Understand customer needs and requirements 
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets 
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your portfolio of prospects within your assigned territory 
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals 
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects 
Requirements: 

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling plenty of calls per day 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Confidence with video recording and being in front of the camera
  • Proven indoor sales experience 
  • Track record of achieving quota 
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually 
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 
  • Sound decision making 
  • Be analytical, fair, thorough, open-minded and friendly 
  • A positive attitude
  • The ability to think on your feet 
  • Assist management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions 
Rewards: 
Salary £8.72ph + 1% commission based on sales ( currently sales are between £200,000 -£350,000 per month, and you will get 1% based on Your sales figures per month). This is a full time, permanent position.

Monday to Friday 09:00hrs to 17:30hrs

As a Resourcer, you will work with a friendly, family-like, driven and committed team, helping us with finding the right candidates for the jobs through Social Media. In order to do that, you will be utilising all available sources and engaging with potential candidates to convert them into workers.

 

To be a successful candidate, you will need:

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for a self- motivated and enthusiastic multi sites Coordinator to join our team in Leicestershire area. Successful candidate will be coordinating up to 3 medium size sites, therefore full driving license and car is essential for the role.

 

Role of an Onsite Coordinator:

  • Dealing with queries
  • Planning and managing staffing needs according to the client's requirements
  • Processing holidays
  • Preparing reports
  • Ensuring compliance in all areas
  • Conducting investigation
  • Inputting payroll
  • Liaising with the Team Leaders
  • The role will also involve the recruitment and resourcing of staff

 

Personal Attributes:

  • People management, Supervisory/Team Leader experience preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PC literacy including a basic appreciation of Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain and develop a business relationship
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the account
  • Fast learner with a problem solving mentality to offer ideas for further improvement
  • Attention to details as key information will be generated and presented to client 
  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferable

We are a well established and profitable recruitment business operating from multiple locations in the UK. Due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Leeds Account Managers with candidate search and selection. You would be joining our business as we go through an exciting transformation period.


The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Can meet deadlines, as well as participate and promote all engagement initiatives on social media channels.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Review applications from advertisements and analyse results from various sources
  • Perform CV search for all new candidates registered in the last 24 hours
  • Shortlist candidates for relevant positions
  • Phone pre-screen candidates, follow up with registration process
  • Record candidates’ data on the company availability/registrations trackers and/or the company CRM
  • Brief candidates on the job roles and send them relevant job descriptions and company information
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Management of Chat Bot through the company website
  • Meeting and exceeding set targets while maintaining accuracy and clarity of information
  • Effective managing of temporary worker relations' issues (disciplinaries, grievances, employee litigation, redundancy, staff terminations) using sound judgement in resolving often complex problems, advising, and weighing alternative approaches
  • Managing accident at work reports and return to work forms


As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be required to: 


  • Experience in similar role is an advantage

  • Professional telephone manner
