Over the last 25+ years, Kevin has built up extensive experience across every corner of the recruitment sector. From onsite consultancy and business development to operations, account management, payroll, finance, and systems, he has done it all. His practical, hands-on understanding of how each part of the process fits together gives him a unique perspective on how to deliver outstanding service and long-term results. What sets Kevin apart is his ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and guide teams through the ever-changing demands of the recruitment world. He knows how fast things can move and how important it is to stay focused, adaptable, and solutions-driven, especially when things don’t go to plan.
